We had a fantastic anniversary weekend at the Harbor Grand! The hotel is beautifully designed and offered a wonderful atmosphere. We enjoyed the cozy room with a stunning harbor view, and the complimentary bottle of champagne was a lovely surprise. However, the Wi-Fi was a bit unreliable, and some amenities could use improvement, especially the outlets in the room.
